- 1. Relation cert from Records
- 2. 10th /12th std Mark sheet.
- 3. Caste Certificate.
- 4. Nativity Certificate
- 5. Unmarried certificate
- 6. 20 x passport size photos
- 7. Aadhar & PAN card
- 8. Character certificate
- 9. International/National/State level certificates (Issued only by concerned Sports Federation of India/ State sports authority).
- 10. NCC cert (or a provisional certificate in original on the letterhead of NCC Battalion duly stamped and signed by Officer Commanding NCC Battalion.
- NO certificate will be accepted after date of screening) “Producing fake documents & giving false information will make you liable for termination of your service inspite of any number of years of service you may have rendered”
