| 1. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਯੋਗਤਾ, ਤਜਰਬਾ, ਰਜਿਸਟਰਸ਼ੇਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕੌਂਸਲ/ਐਨ.ਐਮ.ਸੀ. ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕੂਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਆਦਿ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਸਲ ਟੈਸਟੀਮੋਨੀਅਲਜ਼ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਕ-ਇਕ ਸਵੈ-ਤਸਦੀਕਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਫੋਟੋ ਕਾਪੀ ਵੀ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆਉਣ। 2. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਈਜ਼ 2 ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣ। 3. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। 4. ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਜਾਂ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਯੋਗਤਾ/ਚੋਣ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ (ਪੁਰਸ਼/ਮਹਿਲਾ) ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰੀ ਦਰਸਾਈ ਆਸਾਮੀ ਲਈ ਕੈਂਸਲ/ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। 5. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਕਤ ਦਰਸਾਈ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਟੀ.ਏ./ਡੀ.ਏ. ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। 6 ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਜਾਂ ਘਟਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। 7. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪਾਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਂਸਲ ਕਰਨ/ਤਰਮੀਮ ਕਰਨ/ਬਦਲਾਅ ਕਰਨ ਹੋਰ-ਫੇਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਰਾਖਵਾਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। |
