Financial Benefits

  • Under the PM kisan samman scheme, eligible farmers will receive financial assistance of Rs. 6,000 annually, disbursed in three equal installments of Rs. 2,000 each.
  • This assistance aims to reduce financial stress and improve the livelihoods of small and marginal farmers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be permanent residents of India.
  • The applicant should be a farmer by profession.
  • Only small and marginal farmers are eligible for the scheme.
  • Farmers must own cultivable land, and the land must be registered in their name.
  • Farmers living below the poverty line are eligible for this program.

How To Check The Status

  • Visit the official PM-KISAN website.
  • On the homepage, look for the “FARMERS CORNER” section.
  • Under the “FARMERS CORNER”, click on the “Know Your Status” option.
  • On another page Enter the Registration Number, and Captcha Code, and click on the “Get OTP” button.
  • Enter the OTP in the required field and click on the “View Status” button.
  • The status will appear on your screen.
