Selection Process

• Written Examination
• Skill Test (For Jr. Hindi Translator)
• Interview (For Deputy Manager)

Monthly Salary

• Deputy Manager Salary : Pay Level 10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/-). The approximate monthly emoluments at the start are around Rs. 79,662/-.
• Jr. Hindi Translator Salary : Pay Level 6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/-). The approximate monthly emoluments at the start are around Rs. 50,268/-.

Post Wise Qualification

• Deputy Manager (HR) : Any Graduation Degree with (60% Marks), MBA / PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations.
• Deputy Manager (F&A) : Any Graduation Degree with (60% Marks), CA / ICWA (Pass) / MBA in Finance.
• Deputy Manager (C&M/M) : Graduation in Engineering, MBA (preferably in Materials Management).
• Deputy Manager (Legal) : Law degree with (60% Marks), 03 Years Experience.
• Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) : Master’s Degree in Hindi / English or any Subject with Hindi and English as main Subjects and a Translation Diploma / Experience.
